What we collect

When you register for an event on this site we collect only what the form asks for: names, emails, phone numbers, college or roll number, year, and event details such as team or squad names, in-game names and BGMI IDs. Phone numbers are never shown publicly.

Where it is kept

Registration details are kept in a Google Sheet in the organizers' Google account, sent there directly from the form over an encrypted connection. Mystery Maze registrations are kept on the Mystery Maze site and copied to the same Google Sheet. Only the DigiWeek organizers can see them.

How we use it

Only to run DigiWeek 2026: to confirm registrations, contact participants about their event and announce results. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for marketing.
